1102Article 197 of the Executive Regulation of the Customs Law specifies the obligations of the carrier as follows:
- Electronically submitting information, documents, and shipping lists of goods shipped to ports inside the country to the Authority through the Nafeza platform.
- Ensuring that the ACID number is included in the shipping documents of goods imported to the country, as well as the identification numbers of bills of lading.
