Will items be listed manually or as PDF?

The items will not be manually listed, and they will be electronically fulfilled by the electronic invoice. Foreign exporters have been allowed to send invoices (that can be read in PDF format) to the (Block Chain) platform, in case they are unable to send the invoices as an (Excel Sheet) which is required to be handled as structural data in the (Nafeza) system which handles this service for free for 6 months. The format of the invoices shall be converted into an (Excel Sheet) and sent to a (Nafeza) system in order to be able to handle these data. Importers, wishing to benefit their exporters from this service, shall send templates of these invoices to all exporters (5 invoices for each source) as soon as possible to the (Nafeza) system on the following e-mail: e-invoice.ACI@MTS-EGY.COM, so that they can be assisted in this regard.
